2. Do I need Access to Gym?

Not exactly. We can work with whatever you have. If you have nothing. I can provide you with bodyweight training programs that works as effective as any weight training program to lose weight.

3. Will you help me with my nutrition/diet plan?

Of course. In fact I'll recommend you and give you ideas on how to eat properly without counting calories. I have few golden rules regarding the diet that I follow. I'll share these rules with you.

4. What kind of supplement you recommend?

I do not recommend any kind of appetite suppressant or duretics.
I do not recommend any type of fat loss pills.

I recommend supplements like fish oil, protein powder, vitamins/minerals etc. My belief is you should try to have as much as natural fresh food as possible.

5. What kind of commitment I'll have to make for this program?

I'll give you my specialized 10 minute workouts, Along with 15-20 min workouts too. You are expected to spend 15-20 minutes daily on your workout (number of days per week will be decided on your goals).

You are expected to send your journal every Friday. I'll check out how you are doing and improve your workouts/diets (if needed to).
