These workouts are basically based on strength training and High Intensity Interval training principles. This kind of workout will burn fat faster than you'd believe.

How this program works?

The moment you decide to join me, I'll send you a questionnaire and ask few important questions regarding your health background and other stuff. Then I'll sit down and create a plan for you.

It'll take me anywhere from 5-7 days to create your program. I'll also ask you to keep the journal on your workouts. You are supposed to send over your journal to me every Friday. This will keep you accountable towards your own success.

During the training you can email me anytime on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and I'll answer your questions.
