I am going to talk about How to Start your day. Umm Why…??
You might be wondering, what's the problem in the way I do things?
Tell me how many times you woke up and had a bad start (you stubbed your
toe or stumbled across the room) and whole thing went down the hill
after that?
Can you also remember the time, everything started great, the whole went
like a breeze?
My idea is, if your whole day depends on "starting your day", then why
not start your day the way you want?
If you are not, You wouldn’t have been reading this… Why not You read it
and tell me how many of the steps you do?
From now on, You are going to start your day To maximize your energy,
Maximize your success in Wealth and Life. And Here's How to do it..
Step 0 :
Get up at least 10 minutes earlier than you usually do. Make Your Bed,
and Be thankful to your god for giving you Health, Wealth and Wisdom (to
follow my plan :P lol).
If you don’t Believe in God..
How about feeling Good about your Accomplishments?
Start your day with Good mood.
This will Energize you more than you can
believe yourself. So many experts talk about Self Talk. Well this is the
starting.
If you just do this step only. It'll put you light years ahead than most people.
Step 1 :
Head towards your Kitchen and Drink about 3-4 glasses of water (that’s
about 800 ml). We don’t get Enough Fluids throughout the day… There’s no
better way to start your day with water. You might want to start off
with 1 glass first and then build up to 3-4 a day..
I'd stress Again the fact, that You might need to build up drinking
water from 1-2 Glasses..
This will help you detoxify almost on daily basis. This is one of the
secrets of old Indian Ayurvedic** methods. In India, there is also special
Water routine, which is Pretty rough for most people and I don't even
advice it to you.
Step 2 :
Do some Brisk Walking for 2-3 minutes. It'll Warm up your Legs muscles
for some very light Exercise.
Now You’ll sit down on mat with your legs in front of you. Breathe Out
completely and bend forwards try to touch your feet with hands. Do it
until you feel like going to bathroom..
This will eliminate your constipation problem.
If you cannot bend forwards because of back problems. I say walk around
500 steps while deep breathing. If you do this for next 30 days.
Step 3:
Take any one of the exercise and Do it for next 10 minutes.
Start off for first 1 minutes, take break for 10 seconds. keep doing
this for next 10 minutes.
Exercises
Skipping
Bodyweight Squats
Forward Lunges
Box Jumps
Sprinting(if you have park near you, this is the best)
If you somehow are not able to do 10 minutes of exercise. Increase the
Rest break from 10 to 20 seconds or 30 seconds. Do not rest more
otherwise it'll defeat the purpose. You can also Mix and match 2
different Exercises. For Example.
1 min skipping, 10 sec rest
1 min skipping, 10 sec rest
1 min skipping, 10 sec rest
1 min skipping, 10 sec rest
1 min skipping, 10 sec rest
1 min lunges, 10 sec rest
1 min lunges, 10 sec rest
1 min lunges, 10 sec rest
1 min lunges, 10 sec rest
1 min lunges, 10 sec rest
If you notice every exercise in this step will build not only Your
Cardio but also burn off excess Fat. It’ll improve your Metabolism and
Burn off Fat even when You are not exercising.
Step 4 :
Wait for 30 minutes after the exercise, take a bath. Take your breakfast
(I hope you follow good eating methods). Kiss Your Beloved ones and Head
to your office.

Lets look at why You should follow this method.
Step 0 is Essential. You see of all the things that you can control in
your life is Your Mood. If your mood is Upbeat, You want to do more, You
want to achieve more in life.
You’ll find it easier to do things when you have good start in a day.
Step 1 and 2 Are next part of puzzle. These will eliminate Toxins from
your body. After step 0 which was eliminating toxins from your mind.
This is Crucial for your success. People often do Water Fasting and
stuff like that… This step alone will give you benefits of water fasting
method.
Plus this is My easier method to Eliminate Toxin on Daily Basis.
You should not allow toxins in your body to remain.
You might feel bloated for some days when you start off.. but the effect
will be gone soon.
Plus Here we have the secret of looking Young, More energetic.
It's the Breathing Method.
Step 3 is about exercising. I am talking about only 10 minutes of
exercise. This method is very unique, its bit modified version of Tabata
Method. I have found if you do it everyday you’ll get benefits of tabata
methods like Maximizing your VO2 and Improving Metabolism etc. You’ll be
on your way to Become Stronger and thinner Yourself.
And trust me this method will burn fat like nothing. People often spend
hours and hours in GYM with not very exciting results.. but with this
methods You won’t have to spend hours of gym (hey Coming to think of
it.. you’ll save couple of hundred bucks every month plus saved lots of
your precious time).
I don’t think I want to explain Step 4… Man you don’t want to go to your
office while you stink of poo… LoL….
Follow this method on daily basis.. You’ll find New energy in your life.
