Best diet Tip I ever Heard
I was listening to coach Glassman (strength & conditioning coach) and he said one thing that really struck home with me… Actually he said 2 things when it comes to diet…
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little start and no sugar”.
Now that’s genius.
I was thinking… how easy one could make… this is one of the best advice I ever heard coming from expert… Often expert overloads you with so much information.
Well but the best is yet to come… When it comes to eating… He said this
“Don’t eat any food which has a label detailing how much protein, carbs or fats you are eating. It doesn’t matter if they say diet cola has 0 calorie”.
Again this advice makes sense. Any food which can comes with labeling comes from factories and its not natural (A good advice for organic people).
Now if you ever had problems choosing what kind of food to eat then these 2 tips solve all of your problems(at least 99.99% of them). I have noticed it with myself and my clients. whenever I changed the food to ‘good’ food, people dropping fat like no body’s business.
If you are still giving me excuses that you can’t eat clean because……. (insert your favorite excuse like you are busy so much), then let me tell you… there is no miracle diet that can help you… If there ever was, do you think people loved to say fat? Every fat guy/girl would kill their own to get that miracle diet. Nobody wants to be fat…
These tips (along with any of my exercise routine) will help you shed off all the weight you have… process might be bit slow… but it’ll be gone for good…
