10 Minutes Only Program and website is created by Varun Pratap Singh. The Idea of this program was to show people how to workout in just few minutes. It can be done with weights or without weights. There are no restrictions.
So if you are executive who is always traveling, or a busy business person. Exercising just 10 minutes a day will help you battle fat, cholesterol and other fat related diseases.

There can be many faces behind the name Varun Pratap. He is a Businessman, ex-trainer, ex-programmer, Martial Artist, Author, Speaker, Teacher and much much more. 26 Year old living in New Delhi, India.

Why I created this program?
I used to believe that people are only giving excuses when they are talking about not having time for workouts. Well its not so… Sometimes you can be just too much busy to workout.
Now I am a business person myself. I was getting fatter and fatter everyday. When I gained over 60 pounds of extra weight and started having some joint problems I realize how screwed up my body has become.
I realized if I use or train with normal routines, it won’t be much effective. So I had to devise better methods and systems to train myself in short time.
It took me few years to come up with methods and systems which can burn fat off my body without spending too much time in workouts. Here are the keypoints of This system.

Become leaner day by day
Build your muscles
Strengthen your ligaments, tendons and joints.
Prevents osteoporosis.
Tackle fat or cholesterol related diseases.
Am I taking clients?
The answer is No. Right now its not feasible for me to spend an hour as I have a business to run. Moreover taking on clients is not good ROI for my hard work.
But I am giving you better option..

Can I really Lose weight by Working out 10 minutes a day?
Yes and No. Let me tell you a simple truth. There is very simple equation to lose weight Proper Nutrition + Exercise = Lost Weight. If you are working out for 10 minutes and then stuff yourself up, you might not lose weight.
Same way if you are just dieting (I hate this word) and think you can lose weight without working out… you are wrong. If you get both of these in your daily routine… you’ll see results.
