How to dramatically boost your metabolism?

Like I said, the moment you start manipulating the factors discussed above, you’l start manipulating your metabolism.

For example, if you get into active lifestyle (i.e. join a sport like soccer, tennis etc) and start eating better meals, you’ll make changes in your body.

1. Increase your metabolism – There are many reasons why your metabolism can help you drop fat almost instantly. Your age, your activity level, the food you eat, your thyroid all can be responsible for your weight. So the moment you start working towards boosting your metabolism, you’ll start dropping fat like it nobody’s business.

Think what are the reasons your metabolism is slow? how can you improve it?

2. Your diet plan – Like somebody said, “You are what you eat”. If you are gaining weight, then chances are you’ve made some bad decisions regarding the food.

You have to cut down most of the junk food you eat. Like I said in earlier point, it’ll help you speed up your metabolism( as its basically means that the process it takes to burn the food you eat). So if you are taking 5-6 small meals a day, then you are putting your body in situation, where your body has to burn calories to process the foods.

That’s why you cannot just go out there and eat lots of junk food. Junk food slows down your metabolism to the crawl and takes lot of time to process.

If you add protein, carbs, fat and other minerals in your diet/nutrition, you’ll feel filled and satisfied with your meals. The best part is when you take a balanced diet, you’ll have less of food cravings that you normally feel in diets.

That’s one of the reason why bodybuilders type of diets (5-6 meals per day) is effective to help you lose weight. You can divide your meals in 3 major meals and 3 snack type meal for this. Do not use anything other than fruits and vegetables to create 3 snack meals.

3. Workout routines – Your activity level is one of the things that’lll help you lose weight. If you just start working out 5-6 days per week with 30-40 minutes per session, you’ll start seeing the kind of body you always desired. Now that doesn’t mean you can do any kind of workout in this time limit.

You only have 2 options, Full body workouts or High Intensity interval cardio training. These are the only 2 types of workout that’ll help you in long run. It brings miraculous results if you combine these 2 together.
