A dieter’s Diary - Day 4
This is an entry from my 4 yr old diary. I am going to publish my personal thoughts, experience when I was going through my own weight loss plan 4 yrs ago… I lost over 40 pounds in 4 months.

Title : Day 4 I am surprised…

It’s day 4 today, I have been dieting from last 4 days… Right now I am following a very strict diet of High protein and low carb diet. But it’s not based on Atkins in any shape or form.
I am surprised… Day 4 is finished, I just had my dinner. So far I haven’t any kind of hunger, cravings for junk food. After watching the weight loss challenge members on TV. I was expecting myself to be frantically looking for junk food.
May be getting stressed isn’t my strongest point. Guess what, being an ADD works in your favor (who knows):D
May be my will power is stronger and I WANT to lose weight at any cost… (of course mental make up plays an important part).
My theory is that If I am getting all the minerals, nutrients I should be getting… I won’t feel any sort of cravings…
I am going to stick to my own bodyweight routine. I am tired of stupid Gym trainer who puts me on 40 minute treadmill + 30 minutes of cycling daily. Sometimes you should not listen to experts…
Anyways my routine is killing me right now… I am working out 2 times a day… 20-30 minutes of workout routine based on multiple of exercises like squat, push up, handstands etc… I think In last 4 days, I have noticed difference in my double chin (I tend to lose weight on face first? thats interesting).
well this is just starting… I really hope I stick through this..NO I m going to stick through.
