I have so much information to share with you, I can write few books based just on one topic. So I am going to divide this article in 2 parts and show you how and why they are going to help you.

Let’s talk about workouts first.

If you noticed my site based on “10 Minutes Workouts”. You’ll see my workouts are based on 10 minutes time interval and often are far effective than any other workouts. (Now I know, I am biased against my workouts but in 10 minutes I know what kind of workouts best)

10 minute Workout is easiest way to lose fat. You can’t complain or give excuse of not having time. It’s just darn 10 minutes. Just get up 10 minute early to do a fast workout before going to office and in the evening, just find another 10 minutes in the privacy of your home. And Damn you are losing weight.

For example, if you take any of my workout based on Tabata interval. If you try them out for first time, I know you’ll be soon on ground on all fours, trying to understand what the heck happened? Why? because they are high intensity workouts and they are meant to shock your cardio, muscles and nervous system. And man does it work!

The only thing about my workouts is they are not easiest to do. NO, in fact, they are quite hard. And should not be done by people who have been fat for long time. They should get into habit of working out with some of my easier workouts.

I call workout easiest to lose fat because, in actuality they are. When you workout, you build your lean mass, you elevate your metabolism thus putting your far burning machine (your body :p) on overdrive.

I recommend that if you are planning to start with any of my workouts. Take the easier one or just scale the workout to your current body level. When your body has adjusted to working out at high intensity. Put my workouts on test.

The idea behind any of my workout is High Intensity Interval training. If you like to experiment, you can try out different levels of interval and intensity.

If your goal is to drop fat, then I recommend you do what my brother did.
