How to lose belly fat for teens?
Teenagers these days are getting pretty darn lazy. Heck forget teenagers, You’ll notice kids getting into teenage years are already ballooned up. And watching the new generation like that sucks.
My father always complain how their generation didn’t get fat until they hit forties. And I am complaining the fact that our generation wasn’t getting fat until mid twenties.
Damn We are skipping 15 years altogether in a generation. What next, overweight child coming out?
Anyways I believe if kids are getting fat then it’s our negligence. It’s our failure as an adult to not help the next generation. Of course they are stubborn and tend to kick our shins at every damn turn but it still is our failure.
If you are parents of the kids who is overweight. Rather than going into lecture mode (I always hated them) about healthy lifestyle. You should start following it yourself. Lead by example.
If you are a teenager reading this, then you have to understand, right now it’s far easier to lose weight. As your habits grow stronger, it’ll get harder. Best thing is, you can drop weight faster than adults.
All you need to do is stick to your diets and workouts.
When it comes to diets, just clean up your acts and you’ll start seeing results… For a workout, try working out 4 days a week for 20–30 minutes per session. You can pick and chose any of my workouts from this blog.
This the simplest advice I can give you. No need to make it complicated. Complication will only brings out worse in people, they get lazy, bored and have no enthusiasm.
