3 exercise to melt off your fat in no time

Today I am going to talk about 3 exercises. Yes, only 3 exercise that’ll change your body starting today. They are no hard to do (might be little difficult but not hard at all).

I am sharing 3 exercises because I like simplicity. It’s pain in the neck to try remember the whole damn routine with complicated set and reps. That’s why I chose 3 exercises.

Let’s talk about them, shall we?

1. Hindu Squats – They are also called Baithaks. Originated from India (essentially from Indian wrestling). Wrestlers in India does thousands of these in a day. Gama Phelwan (wrestler) was known to do 5000 Hindu squats per day. The thing about these is that, they build your stamina, endurance and strength.

These squats trumps over any other bodyweight squats simply because Hindu squats focuses on breathing and fast movements. That means not only you are breathing properly but also improving your cardio vascular system. You’d be huffing and puffing in no time.

Even people who are regular to gym can’t handle more than 50 of those. If you start working out regularly with these and built up to 100 squats in one go, you are far better in terms of leg strength then most gym goers.

Put yourself on a month of hindu squats diet and you’ll improve your cardiovascular system, strength, energy, endurance and start dropping pounds off your body. That’s how good they are.

2. Hindu Push ups – This is another exercise that originated from India. This exercise is so good that You can find it in Yoga, Martial arts and many other physical disciplines. (For Yoga Enthuasists, Sun salutation exercise has this in their set of exercises)

This is better than normal pushup simply because just one repetition of it will work on your shoulders, upper back, arms, lower back and neck. Can you do it with normal push ups? Nope sir.

Again Gama Phelwan was known to do these 2000 a day. And he never lost a single wrestling match in 5000 bouts. And that was in the time (early 1900’s) when European wrestlers were at the top. At 5,10, pound for pound he was the most dangerous man.

Coming back to Hindu push ups they’ll build your strength in whole upper body. Coupled with Squats. You have 2 exercises that’ll wipe you out in no time. I highly recommend you to do at least 50–75 of these a day. You’ll feel like born a new person.

3. Elbow Plank – Now this is one simple exercise. You hold the plank position for as long as you can. This will help with your middle section, Strengthen your back. Now I’d like to claim this also originated from India, But alas, I cannot. I don’t know from where this exercise came but it’s one heck of the exercise for middle section.

It won’t help you tone or trim down your waist, but that’s not it’s original goal at all. It’s job is to strengthen your middle section (including the back). And it’s favored by almost every one who workout regularly.

Now, I ended up giving you 3 exercises, One which helped you with upper body, another with lower and third will work on your middle section. Together they are a nasty combi. I highly recommend these bodyweight exercises to be included in your routines.
