Personalized Workout – Achieve Your Goals faster

Personalizing a workout to suit your need is very important. You cannot just pick up a health magazine and follow your favorite star’s plan. All of these plans are suited to their needs and lifestyle. Getting good results with these workouts are slim to none. So do you wonder why any of those plan never worked for you?

Why do you need a personalized workout routine?

First thing about these routines are that they are based on your daily activity.

Second thing is that they are about your goals. Not everyone wants to bulk up or not everyone wants to lose fat. Right? Even if you think that you can take any of the plans from magazine and even if you get 10% of the results your favorite star gets, you’d be happy.

Unfortunately your body doesn’t work that way. Hard work will show results but if you plan smartly you’ll get great results.

For example, one of my client just wanted to add few inches to his biceps (though he need to lose few inches from waist). So I created a simple plan where he started working out and seeing results in biceps. What he didn’t notice until later) that I adapted his daily plan (diet and workout) to help him drop few percent of the body fat. Now he’s happy camper.

Now you might be thinking what I did with him? I gave him a workout plan which required him to lift heavy weight and made him spend about 10 minutes on his cardio with weights.

Of course, changes to his diet were also important. They basically put him in little calorie deficit and started burning extra pounds from here and there (butts, thighs and waist).

He was happy with the results. He was leaner and had nice biceps (his major goals).

Now, I’d have never get this kind of result if I didn’t made these changes based on his daily lifestyle.

Regardless of your goals, you sometimes need a watchful eye to help you along further towards your goals.
