How to manipulate your metabolism?

Answer – If you follow a diet plan and a good workout, then you’ll start boosting your metabolism. You’ll have to be careful, if you get back into old habits, you’ll kill this process.

Following a diet plan –

It’s simple. Do not eat any kind of junk food. Try to cut down on the calories. A simple formula I used to cut down calories is to cut down 100 calories a day for first 7 days and and then keep it there for couple of week. In that time you’ll start seeing results.

Note : Do not cut down too much, otherwise it’ll be counter productive. This will put your body in starvation mode if you spend too much time in low-calorie mode.

Next on your plan is workout routine.

You need to get into weight lifting. Yes, it applies to women too. Women don’t have to worry about getting too big as they don’t have enough testosterone to do that. Get into Gym and try out a Full body workout for first month. You’ll notice changes like getting tone in places you’d like.
