		<description>My view on shadowboxing is that you fight as you train... So in shadowboxing I try to use proper footwork, attack and defense. Sometimes switching up stances too.

In this article My view point is to increase stamina and weight loss. So There&#039;s no need to switch sides if you feel uncomfortable.</description>
