If you didn’t knew it, then let me remind you, workouts are ONE OF BEST way to lose fat. Adding a good diet plan always help your cause but still a good fat loss workouts will help you a lot.

The problem with typical workouts are that they are boring, time consuming and useless. Of course they beat sitting on couch anytime. But when it comes to shedding fat then you have to think about intensity of your workouts.

I remember in my late teens I helped one of my buddy lose 25 kilos in one season by using crazy workouts. He dropped from 120 Kilos to 95 kilos. Huge loss. All because the workout I chose was based on high intensity.

When you are dealing with these kinds of workouts, you have an option for working out for less time. I know some workouts which lasts only 4 minutes and they kick major arse (literally and figuratively).

I also know some workouts which barely lasts 10 minute and they put fire in your muscles and they are screaming for mercy.

Everything that you do can be turned into high intensity exercise workout for fast fat loss. (skipping rope, stationary bikes are poor form of exercise, trust me on this)

If you add any kind of diet plan with these workouts, man you are golden. You’ll watch magic happen in front of your eyes.

So the lesson is simple, Amp up the intensity of your workouts and get major results. That’s it.
