You’ll find Ads on 2 minute abs or 60 second abs on internet (or TV infomercials). I bet you think they are too good to be true. And guess what you are right.

How to Shrink Your Waist size with Ab Training?

You cannot. This is one of the biggest promise ab training course give you. And it’s nothing but a lie. Ab training will not help you lose waist.

Overall side effect of follow a good ab routine may drop an inch or two. But the claim to shrink your waist is false.

It’s like saying “Neck exercise will help you lose your double chin”. Not possible.
