5 Exercise that’ll Shock Your System and Burn Fat like it never was there.

If you are looking to lose weight then you should read this article. As it discusses 5 of the best fat burning exercises you can use. I am going to list couple of body weight exercises, couple of exercises with barbell (or free weights) and 1 exercise with kettlebell. These exercises are meant for only 1 thing, remove fat and improve your cardiovascular system.

First exercise is our series is from bodyweight training.

Sprints – Sprints is one of the most effective workout system that is designed to put your cardio is high gear. If you just do nothing other than sprinting 3-4 times per week, you’ll drop all of your excess fat. You’ll increase your stamina, endurance, strengthen your tendons (due to sprinting nature of the exercise) and build a monster cardiovascular system. Next exercise is …

Bodyweight Squats – Bodyweight squats is one of the best exercise to strengthen you whole lower body. You’ll be surprised by this exercise. It comes in many variations, like Half squat, hindu squats. One thing is common in between all of these squats. They burn fat. PERIOD. After you are finished with the squats, you’ll feed heavy burn (due to lactic acid) in legs. Which is pretty darn common with squats.

Next exercises in our series comes from free weights.

Dead lift- Dead lift is another one of the exercise that targets your lower body and lower back. I believe it to be bread and butter exercise for strengthening your body. You should at least include deads in your exercise routine. You’ll see results in your overall strength.

I don’t like to use this exercise as a cardio system (Try not to use this in a Interval training routine).

Clean and press – This is one of the exercise that targets the whole body. Your opening move of this exercises comes from deadlift and then move on to the press the barbell overhead. In one move, you are working out your whole body.

If you rack up the numbers of this exercise, it burns your fat like nothing else can (Sprint is better but they are 2 different exercises).

Now for kettlebell –

Swing – Kettlebell swing is pretty much one exercise, you should include in your workouts. You’ll start seeing some nice results in your body.

Most of my workouts contain almost all of these exercises. I do not spend more than 20 minutes per workout session. But I get the best workout ever. You should try out one of these in your workout today and feel the difference.
