Real Women Lift : Why women should lift weights?
Only one reason. They look seriously Hot. I mean HOT. Now I don’t like women with bigger guns than me, but if she have tight body… I can’t help but fall in love for her… Today I want to introduce to few women who are HOT in every sense. All thanks to weight training.

Pamela MacElree: She’s another person who is into weight training. There are couple of pics in her doing Squats (with weights) and kettlebell.
Yoana Snideman: She’s Certified Kettlebell instructor. You should watch her working out with 16 kg Kettlebell snatch when she was pregnant. 15 rep with each arm. There’s a video of her doing it…
Who can forget mistress krista from http://www.stumptuous.com/ On the very first page of her site you’d see her squatting a barbell… Now that’s some serious lifting. She’s doing it for some time. In fact I believe she’s the real inspiration for this new movement towards women lifting weights.
Jen’s Oldschool Gym : Sandbag, kettlebells, weights and what not… that’s what oldschool means… Her blog carries interviews and information about other women who lift weight religiously.
Now tell me, don’t you feel like you can just fell in love with these women… damn right…
I only have one complain. Why they are not in India? Or may be I should relocate myself…
