Fat loss tips for Teens
As a teenager, I was more into sports and never required to think about my weight. But my brother started getting heavy during high school. Even with my urging, He didn’t started losing weight after he finished his school.
When I look at teenagers these days, they are getting heavier every year. Heck in my class during high school, only 1 guy who was fat. It’s kind of odd, may be my class was just a bunch of hyper active morons.
That’s the problem with kids getting heavier. We didn’t have Xbox or PS, back in those days (my nephew and nieces looked at me with horror when I told them No Xbox). They often asked me, how I spend most of my time. My answer was “I was always out playing”.
Thank god, my sister take care of the diet for my niece and nephew and she won’t let them on junk food.
Diet is important factor for anyone, regardless of their age, gender or race. One of the big mistake teenagers often do is that they screw up their eating habits.
Some of the kids I talked to general don’t eat break fast. They often end up grabbing fast food because of that. Another thing about their eating habits is too much cold drinks. They are nothing but empty calories. Even the diet cola too.
When my brother wanted to lose weight, I only advised him to cut down on carbohydrate and take notice what kind of things he was eating. When you start noticing the food you are eating, you tend to avoid things which makes you heavy.
That’s why I recommend all my clients to start a diet/workout journal. Write down what you eat on daily basis and make a ritual to do it so.
Next thing on your agenda should be your workouts.
For people who complain about “No time”, they should use some of my 10 minutes workouts. For example, if you build a 60-80 pound sandbag and just carry the darn thing for next 10 minutes, you’ll get an awesome workout.
Or may be just do a 10 sprints of 100 m or may be 10 sprints of 200 m.
You don’t need much time to do that. Even with short time limit, you can get a good workout.
Most of my subscribers who try out any of my workout often complain, that they underestimated my workouts.
