Fast 10 Minute Workout For You
Yesterday, I decided to do a fast workout.
Equipment need – Sandbag (40 pounds or above).
Workout – Put it on your should and 10 Minutes Walk without any rest. You can switch you shoulders when it gets tired. But No Rest. If you want, you can stand but do not put down the sand bag.
Caution : If you think it’s getting hard, listen to your body and quit it. You can think of improving time as your conditioning improve. It won’t make any sense to hurt yourself while working out to get healthy, ain’t it right?
Remember always use caution when working out with any kind of weight.
