Checklist for Boosting your metabolism and losing fat.

Today, I am going to provide you with a checklist that’ll help you guide towards boosting your metabolism. You can use this checklist to ensure you have a right mindset, following a good food  shopping and diet plan and then doing regular workouts

Mind set –

Are you still blaming on your genes, your environment?

Have you started a journal to write down your daily food and activity (workout)?

Have you made a commitment for next 30, 60 or 90 days to do whatever it takes to lose fat?

Have you decided on that dress you always wanted to wear after you’ve achieved your goal?

Starting out and preparation –

Have you cleaned out your kitchen and replaced all the junk food?

Have you cleaned out your fridge too?

Did you put a Notice about your goal besides the bedroom (bathroom) mirror to remind you of your commitment?

Dieting, nutrition and eating right?

Have you decided what kind of food you’ll avoid?

Have you decided on how many meals per day you are going to eat?

Did you make a list of food you are going to eat for next 7 days?

Did you eat anything before you go to your food shopping?

Did you add good amount of protein from chicken, turkey and other high protein sources?

Are you using any of the canned food?

Did you buy any of the Colas? DON”T

Are you buying any of the “real fruit juices”? DON’T

Did you buy at least 5 different types (or color) of fruits?

Did you buy at least 5 different types (or color) of vegetables)

Are you following any of the top diet like atkins, south beach etc?

Have you make a small list of thing you need to follow your diet?

Do you often skip breakfast?

Workout –

Did you decide on how many days you are going to workout?

What about the type of cardio you’ll do?

How long you’ll spend in your gym?

Did you schedule your workout time in your daily time table?

What’ll be focus of your workout in the gym?

Are you going to use interval training in your workout routines?
