Interval training for fat burning
Do you think your workout plan is not cutting it enough to speed up fat loss? Chances are you are right. Your typical gym instructor spend way too much time on stuff that’s ineffective knowingly(they want you to buy their services and keep coming to gym).
Frankly speaking dropping weight is easy with interval training. If your workout doesn’t have it, you are missing out. You’ll improve your cardio, improve your strength, lungs and best of all, drop all the excess fat.
What kind of interval training your should go into?
Basically there are short interval (10-20 seconds) and then long intervals (1 minute).
If you look at it from a gym goer’s perspective, the time is not enough. But someone who’ve done it, can tell you, time is such a factor in interval training that you can play with it.
The major factor in any interval training is Intensity. When you are on time crunch and need a good workout. Spend 10-20 second working out with Some heavy intensity, you’ll be done in less than 10 minutes.
When you want to enjoy some good workout, you can always add strength training exercises and vary your interval. I love doing this with my barbell and kettlebell. A simple barbell squat done with interval training is killer on your legs (and lower body).
There are so many factors, you can play with, in this scenario. You just have to open your eyes and enjoy working out.
