Use these 4 tips and Learn How to lose 30 pounds in 8 weeks
You might think losing 30 pounds in 8 weeks is way too much. What about what doctors say? You should not lose more than 1 pound per week? In this article, I am going to show you (better I am going to give you a workout and diet plan) which you can use it for next 8 weeks.
First, before you start on this program, I want you to make a commitment. Make a commitment that you’ll do everything that’s humanely possible for you to lose fat. You’ll not quit in middle. If you’ve made the commitment, you are ready to play in big league.
Tip #1 : Start a Body Transformation Journal
Planning is important part of your next 8 weeks. You’ll use this journal to keep track of your efforts. I want you to keep track of 2 things
1. Your Workouts
2. What you are eating everyday.
When you start journaling, you’ll see where you are going wrong with your plan. The moment you eat something extra, you’ll know where, why and when you went wrong in sticking to your diet.
That’s why I want you to start a journal.
Now, you are ready to start your workout.
Tip #2 : High Intensity Interval training.
I highly recommend you to start a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routine. 2-3 days per week is more than enough. In this training session, you should spend 30 minutes with high intensity workouts.
Some exercises that you can use Sprints, Squats, Squat jumps, lunges.
Tip #3 : Add a good weight lifting routine.
Do not use a bodybuilding type split routine in your workout. You should be using Full body plan for 2-3 days per week. If you add HIIT training, then you are spending 6 days per week with workouts. 1 day you can enjoy as a break.
In full body workout, you should start with Squat (barbell), Pull Up, Bench Press, Deadlift and Plank. No need to spend more than 40 minutes in Gym for this workout.
How much you should lift? You should lift what’s comfortable with you. There’s no race going on. Your goal is to get stronger. That’s why you should add more weight as you progress in this workout.
Tip #4 : Diet plan Or Nutrition for you.
People are not eating enough. Yes, that’s exactly I just said, people are not eating enough. That’s the reason they have cravings. Reason they binge. If you eat all of your carbs, proteins, fat and other minerals in your daily required meals, you’ll not have any cravings.
Focus on natural food. Eat good amount of protein, fat and moderate amount of carbs.
If you just follow this with your diet, you’ll drop weight fast. With the workouts we are going to do, you’ll need energy. You cannot skimp on meals.
That’s how you should start your plan to lose massive weights.
