How to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?

4 years ago, when I was trying to lose 40 pounds, I was working out with my school time buddy.

My friend was working out like a man possessed. He needed to lose over 100 pounds and he was little reluctant to change his diet. I was jealous of his ability to drop pounds like he was changing clothes. I am yet to find anyone who can compare to him when it comes to become like laser focussed towards his goal.

The results were staggering for both of us, specially him. He was dropping like 1 pound per day.

Scary thoughts when most doctors suggest losing no more than 1 pound per week. Of course, they do not put factors like workout intensity, strict diet, mental focus and increased daily metabolic activity. The advice is good for lazy folks who sit around all day, do nothing but watch TV or Surf Youtube. But not for people like him, who are focussed.

I also remember Tony Robbins sharing his own story when he lost about 28 pounds in 30 days. (NOTE: If you have access to his story, you should listen to it, it’s mind blowing the way he shares his life)

The secret behind his results (and my friends) were the same

1. Intense Focus.
2. Intense Workout.
3. Focus on the Diet.
4. No more taking Bullshit from others.

There’ll be people who don’t want you to lose weight. The jealousy will drive them away from you. But if you want the change to happen, you have to let them go. If they are close to you, they’ll understand how important it is for you to reach your goals and They’ll help you, not sabotage you.

If your goal is anything crazy like to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, I suggest you to brace yourself for high impact workouts and diet. You have to focus on your goals. You have to find ways to decrease mental resistance. You have to find ways to help your mind build a new image for you.
