7 Minute Exercise to lose belly fat.

7 Minute workout routine #1 :

Sand bag clean and press 30 times.

Men lift 65-80 pounds

Women 50 pounds

If you are having trouble lifting the said amount, you can lower the weight, no worries there. You should be working on the weight which you can handle.

7 Minute workout routine #2 :

2 exercises for this workout.

1. Sprints

2. Jump squats

You are going to do 10 X 100 m sprints. After every sprint you’ll do 20 jump squats.

Are you surprised there is no ab crunch or sit ups here?

when you want to lose belly fat, these exercises not necessarily the best ones out there. They will get your abs stronger, no doubt. But do they help you lose fat? NO. Like almost every trainer must have said this thousand times “There is no spot reduction”. I am saying it again.

losing fat around your middle is all about your complete workout, not just abs.
