Bodyweight Training When Your are in Hurry

Here’s another 10 minute workout for you.

Jump squats X 20

Lunges X 20

Push up X 20

Lateral Lunges X 20

Plank 30 sec

Do this for 10 minutes With 30 second break between sets. No Breaks between exercises.
