How to lose belly fat in 5 Minute Workouts.
Do you really think doing 100’s of crunches will help you get rid of belly fat?
Or may be you think that detox diet can???
Well, may be I have a answer for you. In fact I have more than just an answer for you. In today’s blog post I’ll talk about a simple workout, breathing method to lose fat from your middle section.
Here’s How to Get Rid of Belly Fat Effortlessly…
Ready?
Before I give workout, I’ll talk about Nutrition. As someone said, abs are built in kitchen not in gym. This is specially true for removing stubborn fat around your waist. If you have been doing crunches or side bends for those love handles, you are making things worse than they are right now.
Anyways, if you can’t ditch your favorite fried or fast food, you aren’t going to get rid of your belly anytime soon. PERIOD. Your nutrition is the key.
Ditch Your Fast food, Colas, Bakery, chocolate etc etc.
Eat lot of fiber in your meals.
Eat protein with every serving of your meal. It’ll help you with insulin releases in your body.
Now when we got nutrition handled, we’ll discuss workout program.
5 Minute Workout
If you just start working out with high intensity you’ll not only lose weight from your mid section but you’ll improve your stamina, endurance and be more leaner in no time.
One of the workout I like to introduce is…
Tabata Squat.
Take a simple Prisoner Squat (a squat is proper when your upper thigh is parallel to floor) and workout with Dr Tabata’s interval method.
Bodyweight Squat X 20 Sec
Rest X 10 Sec
Do this 8 times.
If you are starting out, this workout will be MORE THAN enough…
If you can somehow cope with this kind of program. Replace Squats with Jump Squats. Your legs will cry for mercy.
Lets talk about Breathing…
I’ll introduce you to Farmer Burn’s breathing method (ah well Pranayama also has lot of exercises like this).
While standing up with legs and shoudlers lined up and with your arms relaxed at your sides, inhale deeply, filling your lungs up, but do not have your stomach protrude. Then shut your mouth and throat up real tight and try to push your stomach down. Tense as hard as you can and clench your fist and tighten your glutes(basically anything more to tense your abs past their limit). Do it for as long as 6 seconds then either do one of two things…
1.exhale gently to breath in fresh air…
or 2. exhale slowly,pushing the air out while pushing your stomach in.
That’s it… You are done with the workouts…
*Prisoner Squat : Hold your hands stretched in front at shoulder height. Squat all the way down till you upper thigh is parallel to ground. This is basic of prisoner squat.
