Here is a very simple exercise routine for girls. Its deceptively simple, but that’s the power of this routine. Don’t forget to warm up properly before this workout.

Bodyweight squat X 24

Split jump (24)

Lunge X 24 (12 each leg)

Jump Squat (24)

No rest in between these exercises.

This routine hits your leg and lung really hard. In less than couple of minutes, you’ll be panting hard. If you are pretty hardcore, then do this twice.
