Build Muscle Lose Fat

Have you ever been told by so called experts “You can’t build muscles while losing fat”? If you did, then you should know that you are just being duped by them. Actually you can do that, even if “biased scientific research” shows you, you can’t.

In fact, there’s another research which talked about this very phenomena. When I was about 18, I was able to see the truth by my own eyes. I noticed this when I was training a friend. He was dropping weights in kilos and gaining muscles. Crazy, right?

Not exactly. You see, when you start building muscles, you elevate your metabolism and start dropping extra fat from your body. Most of the research that goes against this, tests losing fat and building muscles as 2 sepeate activities. Where as they are not.

Every pound of muscles that you have will increase your resting rate metabolism and thus helping your drop fat.

The key factors was a good program including weight training, strength training, interval training in your workouts. Your diet needs to match your specific workout and energy expenditure plan. Well in case of diet, it’s quite forgiving, You can miss a few meal here or there, it won’t make much difference.

But you need all those training workouts in your program. If your goal is to get leaner in next 30 days (yes you can drop excess weight in 30 days), then you should plan your workouts and a good diet plan.

Do not try to follow bodybuilding type of workouts (where each body part is trained seperately). Split body parts training is good for bodybuilders only. You should go for major compound exercises which targets your whole body, i.e. barbell Squat, dead lift.

If you just use those 2 exercises, you’ll start seeing major changes in your body. Coupled with good diet, be prepared to see surprising results. My brother used the same method to build muscle and lose fat and drop 4 inches in 28 days.
