I decided to have a great day in life. To me it was a concious decision. Instead of getting angry about my
slipping or having a bad day. I just changed my mood.

Then I spent my time replying some of the questions from my readers and subscribers. Of course I read few letters from my readers who are getting results with my workouts.

There’s no better feeling when you check your email & find out people are succeeding with your methods.
