If you want a 3 day/per full body workout, then do something like this… If your goal is weight loss, this workout series will put your fat in furance and burn like nothing else can do.

Sand bag workout – I like sandbags as they build functional strength. Exercises are clean n press, dead lift and squat with sand bag… Killer full body workout.

Boxing Workout – The best thing about boxing workout is, it’s really taxing on your cardiovascular system.

Another Full body workout –  Here’s the list of body part this workout effects Legs, Calves, Glutes, Abdomen, lower back, Shoulders, Your Cardio and your mental circuitry (You have to be extra cautious while climbing stairs, extra concentration, focus and all those bells and whistles a good mental workout needs)
