Your unconcious Keeping you fat?

Have you ever wondered why even after getting into diet and workouts plans, you are still fat? Or may be you swore to not touch junk food, but you still found yourself reaching for it?

If you are thinking about this, then you should understand, your unconcious mind is quite responsible for this. Of course the secret recipe of “Diet + Workout” works. But this hidden sabotage kills your progress.

This is why I have written so much about getting your mind involved in fat loss process.

Food cravings is one of clue that should get you concerned about this hidden sabotage. Our bodies can often crave high sugar and high fat foods in an attempt to “medicate” ourselves into a calmer state when we are avoiding our emotions or under a lot of stress.

So what can you do to avoid this?

There are 3–4 ways you can use this to remove unconcious blocks and program your mind to success.

Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom technique) and Sedona method. All of these methods will help you re-program your mind, your habits and push you towards success.

Some of these techniques are really powerful. Like EFT Or sedona, you can reduce cravings in 2–3 minutes and change your behavior in few days.

A good Hypnotist or NLP expert can help you guide through the exercise and make changes in few minutes. I have been personally using NLP from last 14 years to change my own(and others) habits.

These techniques works, and they are not new-agey crap that you get you high.
