Strength training + Simple Diet = Crazy results.
That’s it. She spent lots of time doing exercises like Squats (Now ladies don’t do cause they are afraid of getting their behind bigger) and lunges… Working out on core (abs) also helped her figure.
Working out 5 days a week, 30–40 minutes per day.
My opinion about her workout is that she chose good plan and got the results she wanted.
Conclusion : Put strength training in your workouts. Use good cardio workouts like (kettlebells) and improve your diet plan. No calorie countring, no cutting carbs.
Hey Varun, I’ve tried your sprint workout which you shared earlier in the blog. I’ve to say, that I was surprised with the results. I lost 9 lbs in the first month and 4 inches off my waist.
May be I should show this article to my gf. Hopefully she takes up strength training… I’ve tried to get rid of her treadmill addiction…
