10 Minutes of Sandbag Torture :Workout of the day

Hey guys, today’s workout will be torture for you… You are going to use Sandbag for this purposes.

Sandbag Weight: I suggest you to build sandbag of different weights (or weights should be easily adjustable) . For today, you should use at least 40 pounds of weight.

Now for 10 minutes of sandbag torture.

chose a stair with at least 50 steps and for next 10 minutes, It’ll be test of your strength, endurance, stamina (physical and mental).

If you are able to finish this workout, you’ll be born as a new man(or woman).

NOTE: You might be tempted to use weighted vests to do this workout… But don’t use it… Lifting 40 pounds of sands by your arms or on your shoulder requires different kind of stabilizers in your body.

Oh btw this week, I’ll share few of my sand bag workouts… They are going to be fun…
