Time for little discipline

Just couple of days ago, someone called me and said…

“Varun, You know I love your website and workouts you put together, but the thing is I don’t have much time. I am way too busy. I need to lose 30 lbs “.

My first thought was “how much time it takes to do 10 min workout?”

Well He kept talking “You see, I am in marketing and with all the crisis, my workload has been doubled.”

I knew, I have to stop him going down the wrong lane…

I asked him, “Can you get up 15 minutes early tomorrow?”

He said, “Yeah”.

“Then, get up 15 minutes early and spend time working out with my bodyweight routines. it’s lasts barely 10 minutes.”

“It’ll burn your fat like it’s melting off the furnace, make you stronger, faster and increase your endurance/stamina.”

How much time do you really need? 10 minutes…

I kept listening to his hesitated words and speech pattern. He kept going back to being how busy he was…

My final suggestion to him was, “the problem with you is not the time, but the discipline to act. It doesnt take a genius to find 10 minutes daily and workout regularly. But it takes disciplined person to do that.”

“I can give you workouts, but I cannot make you do them.”

You know, I like helping people. But what I don’t Like is people who are not even trying to help themselves.

If you cannot initiate the first step towards your goals, you won’t reach your goals. And the worst part is nobody will help you achieve your goals.

The fat burners, ab sculpting, miracle diets or pills won’t work.

If you are one of those who is ready to lose fat, ready to take initiative then I can help you. Heck I”ll help you, now that’s a promise I can make.

My Only Question to you is are you disciplined?

What I want you to do is, think about this for a while today,
Think about your weight loss goals.
Think about your dreams
Think about your how you want to achieve them
Think about if you are finally ready to succeed and get the
results you always wanted.

And I’ll help you.

How can I help You? I’ll tell you about that tomorrow.

Best Regards
Varun Pratap Singh
