Why? because low carb diet slows down your metabolism and effects are almost immediate. For people who are really overweight, this effects shows up after some time. That’s why they can get away with low carbohydrates in their diet.
Am I going against the crowd of people who suggest low carb is bad for health? The answer is Yes and No.
You see, if you were never more than 50 pounds overweight(like I was) and you never suffered joint pains in young age, You’d never understand this. When I tried working out, it was really really hard. So I had to change my diet (which I did really badly).
So here are few tips that you can implement in your diet to lose weight like its nobody’s business. I’ll keep it simple and easy for you….
Loading and Unloading carbs: I want you to cycle your High carbs and low carb days. Start with Low carb diet and then pick a day where you take your carbs properly.
So if you are really overweight (ie. over/around 50 pounds), you can pick once a week when you decide to load your carbs upto your regular diet.Whenever you go low carb, your body’ll be put into automatic fasting state. Where you conserve energy.
If you eat your carbs every few days. Your body’s state will break and be ready for next few days…If you keep fasting (ie low carbing), your body’s state won’t be broken.
Which means your metabolism will keep slowing down and it’ll become harder for you to lose weight as the time progress.
This is the reason why most people lose tons of weight in start but later they have problems with losing weight.
If you have to lose 20+ pounds, you better break your body state more frequently than once a week, Say every 4 days. I can’t say about your body sitting from here. So you have to find out yourself.
From my point of view, you are better off breaking state more frequently in any case. People who want to get shredded( in lower BF %) break their state even on daily basis.
Eat lots of protein : You have to eat lots of protein on this diet. If you are following the special Report, then you should eat protein with every meal. Add Chicken or turkey or eggs or any other good protein source.
Don’t Fast : I don’t recommend prolonged fasting… You are only supposed to lower your carbs, not your proteins, your vitamins and other minerals and stuff… Try to eat your vegs, fruits regularly.
Use Simple carbs : In between your meals, Have a bite of fruits and veggies if possible. use them as a snack. They are low in carb and help you fight cravings.
Use proper supplement: Supplement here includes Protein powders, vitamins, Fish oil capsules (NECESSARY for people who want pain free joints and to lose weight, Take 1 caps with every meal).That means, Say NO to FAT BURNER.
Start Exercising: Diets plan are well and good. But if you start exercising (even just walking) you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the results. Take any of my simple workout and start doing it on daily basis.
These are the tips that you should remember while in Low carb diets. If you don’t, you are only setting yourself for failure.
Often people who go all the way with low carb, end up looking like a freak of a nature. They look more aged, frail, lacks lusture in hair, wrinkly skin… But with this kind of diet, you look and feel better.

Because, you are getting all the nutrients on daily basis plus you are not going on extended low card fast.
