Let Me share the Best way to lose weight
Today I am going to share best way to lose weight from my own perspective. In Reality, with so many diet plans out there there’s no Right or Wrong way to do this. Technically if you just start cutting down calories, then you’ll start losing weight.
Now that does not mean, you cannot question the effectiveness of good fat loss program.
Let’s start with Food and Nutrition
With so many diet plans out there with Atkins and South beach diets leading. I believe we tend to get overloaded with information and end up with something I call “Paralysis by analysis”.
A good nutrition program should work on cutting down carbs, make you eat good protein and fat. Low fat or Low carb diets in alone are often effective but when you take their response to long term (1 yr or so), they fall flat to good and plain eating.
Your meals should also contain the essential minerals, vitamins and essential fatty acids.
So if you ask me what’s the best diet plan? Then my response is…
First get rid of all the un-necessary junk food from your daily meals.
Second, Start cutting down your carbohydrates but do not go way too low like atkins.
Add as much veggies and fruits in your meals as you possibly can.
Now that’s how you should start out. People often underestimate the power of simplicity. Just doing that above will start speeding up your metabolism.
Exercise, Workouts and Cardio.
Let me say what you shouldn’t do first. If you are going to gym, then some gym equipments like Bikes, elliptical trainers, balls can be avoided. Its not that they don’t work, but you have far better options.
And when we are on the topic of avoiding things then lets talk about cardio too. Do not get into typical cardio routine where trainer tells you to do 20 minutes of cardio to get into fat burning zone. Especially if the 20 minutes are based on slow- long – boring cardio routines.
Avoid them at all cost.
The best way to use Gym is by using Free weights. Barbell, dumbbell are your new best friends. Squat rack is your playground.
Strength training or Lifting heavy weights are one of the best way to lose some fat.
