How to make fat loss more effective this summer?

I know it’s going to be hot this summer and I can see it in the mid march right now. Like one of my best friend says “Winters are for gaining weight and summer to lose weight”. Though I don’t like to subscribe to his idea, but summers can be very effective to help you lose weight.

If you are planning to look good this summer, I can help you get rid of excess poundage you want.

If you follow my advice strictly for next 30 days, you’ll find HUGE, I mean HUUUGGEEE changes in your body. So you better get ready now.

The secret = Interval training + Strict Diet + Mental conditioning.

It’s as Simple as that.

Interval training.

There are many kind of Interval training programs out there. I personally don’t like to spend more than 30 minutes in interval training. Often my programs have about 20 minutes of interval training.

If you want to follow my path, then you have to understand this is heavy duty stuff. If you are not used to working out, then you should not follow this idea.

My Favorite Interval training Idea

1 Minute of High Intensity workout + 30 second Rest.

10–15 minutes of Workout can be killer on your body.

You can take tame exercises like bodyweight Half-squat or lunges and turn them into fat loss monster machine.

Diet and Nutrition.

Cut down your carbs. The single most useful advice that you can follow with a good diet plan.

A warning though : Do not cut down calorie. You need extra calories with Interval training workouts.

When I am talking about cutting down carbs, it just means, avoid all the un-necessary carb junk. You only eat carb as Veg/Fruits. You don’t have to go dangerously low carb. Go to at around 50% of current carb levels (minimum range is about 80–100gm/day).

Every single calorie will come from your Protein and fat. Make your calories and carbs count in your meal.

Mental conditioning.

You are going to have a Solid discipline to be able to get through this program. When you are going through this, remember your goal. Imagine how you’d feel when you achieve your dream body. Do not quit.
