How to lose thigh fat fast?

Believe it or not, losing thigh fat is actually easier if you follow a decent workout program. For slimmer thighs, it’s far better to workout than diet. Of course diet always help but a good workout goes far.

What kind of workout will help you with toned thighs?

Any workout that’s based on Interval training. If you add running or sprinting in those interval training, you’ll get better results. Most of my 10 minutes only workouts are based on Interval Training.

My favorite 100 m sprinting plan will give you legs to kill for.

100 m X 10 reps (3–5 per week). Sprint as fast as possible, take as little time between 100 m sprints. Time yourself to improve your results. Notice how much time you spent in 10 sprints. Try to lower the time.

If you are doing any kind of workouts, adding the above plan will supercharge your cardio.

This will help you slim your thighs, butts, and overall cardiovascular system. So get on with it.
