30 Minutes On Weekend

Can you spend 30 minutes every weekend to prepare few things that might change the way you look, the way you feel?

Do you think, you can create this habit which have potential to completely change your world?

I got this advice from a friend of mine who believes in preparing for everything. And this advice relates to your diet, the food you eat.

I want you to spend 30 minutes in deciding what kind of meals you are going to eat for next 7 days. You are going to do this and then shop for the food ingredients.

When you do this and take care of your meals before hand, chances of your eating junk or ordering junk food goes WAY LESS DOWN. While preparing you can take care of the amount of carbohydrates, protein and other mineral/vitamin you are going to consume in next 7 days.

Of course, there might be few glitches here and there. But I know you’ll be able to work out around that easily. If you miss a meal or so, no worries.

I’d like it, if you try this suggestion and create miracles in life.
