Challenge yourself with another one of my sandbag workouts. Like I told you guys earlier they are lot harder than your dumbbells/barbell or kettlebells. A 50 pound feels sandbag feels like 100 pounds… Just because its hard to grip.
Men lift 65-80 pounds
Women 50 pounds
Clean and press 30 reps for time. You can take as much time needed to finish 30 reps… This is really hard sandbag exercise. And it starts to feel heavy around 15-18th rep.
