5 X Clean and press (You clean the sandbag and then do 1 press. Put the bag down and again 1 press)
5 X squat.
This is your 1 set. You can take as much or as less time you want. Just keep tally of your sets and write it down… its fun n pain sandbag workout. My younger brother hate me for being so darn creative
