Yikes, Two sandbag workouts in a row for today… Today is hard training day for you ;)

2 Exercises, 10 minutes, Sandbag weight= Find something easy… Find weight which you can do 10 reps with…

5 X Clean and press (You clean the sandbag and then do 1 press. Put the bag down and again 1 press)

5 X squat.

This is your 1 set. You can take as much or as less time you want. Just keep tally of your sets and write it down… its fun n pain sandbag workout. My younger brother hate me for being so darn creative :-D
