How to Lose 15 Pounds Fast in 30 Days?

If I am right, then the difference is “sticking to plan and completing it”. And this is the reason why I am talking about this diet. People who can follow this diet will get results.
As a trainer, I get to experiment on almost all the fad diets and get their results ( and side effects). To my surprise, for fat loss, nothing works better than cutting carb from your food. So I guess Atkins was on to something.
So this diet is built on the ketosis system that atkins talked about. You’ll be cutting down your carb at range of 20. But unlike atkins, I don’t plan on staying at this stage for more than 30 days.
Plan is simple, Lose lot of weight using ketosis carb reduction and then start adding good food in your diet plan and get carbs to normal levels.
You might be wondering why I am doing this? The answer is very simple. Prolonged state of low carb generates “Hunger response” in the body. Which actually slows down your metabolism. Think of hunger response as panic state by body where it starts saving energy for body to use in emergency.
This is something that I do not want to see. This is why we break our diet in 30 days. Moreover if you have tried low carb diets, then you know how lethargic people with low carb diets are? They have almost no energy and their skin is droopy. Eww, this is not the kind of body I have in mind.
The 2nd stage for this diet is to start feeding carbs to your body. Chances are you’ll gain few pounds, but don’t worry. You should start any kind of intensive cardio to your regular routines. Starting with 3 cardio sessions per week is good enough.
Think low carb for next 30 days, plan to stick on it and you’ll succeed.
