7 Diet secrets to speed up fat loss
If your goal is to get leaner this summer, you better pay more attention to few key principles in this article. In General, you need a workout, diet/nutrition plan, rest plays a major part in how you look.
So when summer is here, and your goal is look good nekkid, then here’s your chance.
Increasing metabolism – You have to increase your rest rate metabolism (how much calories you burn when you rest). You can do that by either working out properly or improving your diet. BTW, AVOID Fat burner or metabolism supplements. They are counter productive to your goal.
As this article is all about diet secrets, I’ll not be discussing workout program.
1. Small meals – If you are taking small meals many times a day, you are increasing your metabolism. If you look from common sense, then you can realize that small meals = less calories consumed per meal. Spacing up your consumption helps boost your metabolism.
2. Eat more protein – Well, if you listen to bodybuilders, then you know, according to them you can never overeat more protein. Well at least there is some truth to it. Adding more protein will help you tackle carb amount in your diet. As protein rich food is often heavy (you feel satisfied and full for long period of time).
3. Low your carbohydrates – Again, bodybuilders does have right idea about lowering your carb consumption. The biggest headache with carb rich meal is that you’ll not feel full for longer period of time. Not to mention, carb also is responsible for spiking insulin levels in your body. Spiking insulin amount will increase fat in your body. Bad idea that.
4. Avoid fruit juices and colas – If you are consuming any kind of calore, better it to be something you can chew. Pick up the fruit and eat it rather than use the juice (even from freshly grinded juice).
5. Add Fish or Fish oil capsules – You need omega - 3/6. Only fish food can provide you with good enough omega 3/6. This also helps your metabolism. Get a good Fish oil capsules packet, refridge it (so you won’t burp fishy : – ) lol)
6. Drink Lots of water – Personally I am sure about the myth of drinking water. But one thing I’ve known from experience, drinking water does clean you kidney, liver and intestines. I recommend drinking lot of water. With summer, you have to increase consumption anyway. A glass every hour will do the trick.
7. Increase Fat consumption – Now all fat are not bad fats. You can easily guess, what kind of fat you should avoid (spicy, oily, junk food). Olive oil, almond (or oil) are darn good source of good fats. I eat 20–25 pieces of almonds per day.
