Special report : Lose 20 pounds in 30 Days
You know, writing this post makes me quite a bit uncomfortable as this is something that is very serious matter. On one hand I cannot take your decisions in life and they are not of my concern. But on the other hand, I feel responsibility when I start such a sparking debate.
In Ideal world, none of us would be fat, none of us would have any problems in losing weight. None of us would crash diet without any concern for our health.
Everyone knows its not safe to crash diet, Yet they engage in this sort of behavior.
Just right now I was checking in some of the forums and I found few discussions like this
I need to lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks (Heck she knows that over 2 pounds per week is not good for her body)
Another discussion (14 lbs in 2 weeks, guess writer knows about harmful effect of losing weight too fast.)
So people are going to crash diet and do all sort of weird stuff… But sometimes I can understand the desperation of losing weight fast.
So I thought, for a change let me help you a little. I was able to get my hands on this little gem on low carb diet (with diet recipes and all).
One thing about Low carb diets I want to make sure you are aware of… Don’t spend too much time on low carb diet.
If possible Increase carb intake for a day after 4-5 low carb days.
This is one way which you can use to help you balance your metabolism while in low carb diets.
