If you start your day the way I do, you’ll have lot more energy, be more healthy and enjoy your life.
And how I do it?
Simple by starting my mornings differently than other people.
I get up in the morning and become active.
Simple.
Step 1 : Get up in the morning and Move around.
Step 2 : Breathe. I do lot of breathing exercises in the morning. I do 3 of my pranayamic breathing techniques (I share it with my subscribers, just use your name and email to get access)
Step 3 : Warm up and work on your main joints (neck, shoulder, Wrists, elbows, knees, ankles). This will ensure mobility in your joints even in later years.
Step 4 : This is a workout. At least 10 minute workout. Getting heart rate up in important. Sometimes I spend an hour doing Tai Chi Chuan, depending on your mood. The idea is to get a workout.
Step 5 : I also use positive affirmations or positive mental thoughts to relax my mind during all the above steps.
Workout, Breathing and Affirmations will energize you (no more popping vitamin pills or loading supplements).
If you do nothing else just follow the above routine, you’ll start seeing results very quickly.
If you want a permanent change then this is the way to go.
