Burn belly fat – Why You should use these 2 exercises to destroy belly fat?

If you are tired of sucking up your gut every time you are trying out new jeans or pants, then it’s about time, you should use these 2 exercise to destroy belly fat.

Before we discuss exercises, understand you should spend your time thinking about “How you can improve your metabolism, so that you can burn fat even while you are sitting?”.

This is going to be far more important than anything else. The moment you improve your metabolism, you’ll start seeing big changes in your body. The 2 exercises I am going to share with you in a moment also helps elevate metabolism.

These 2 exercises are :-

1. Sprinting.

2. One arm kettlebell swing.

Both of these exercises will help you burn fat from your body. One of the thing you should remember, that there is no spot reduction technique. So when you are engaging in Sprinting or One arm kettlebell swings, you are actually losing weight from your body. As you are losing fat, your pants size will start shrinking down too.

The secret behind these exercises is Intensity. The more intensity you have in your workouts, you better your results would be.

For example, 10 sprints of 100 m will vanish fat like it’s magic specially from your hard parts like thighs, butts, legs and stomach. Walking on treadmill is wasting your time silly. Less than 10 minutes with 100m sprints is far better.

Similarly, one arm kettlebell swing is also deadly workout. Spend 1 minute continous swinging the kettlebell (you can switch arms in between) with 15 -30 sec rest. Use this as a interval for 6–8 rounds and your workout is finish. For better results, you should spend 10 minutes with the kettlebell.

If you can follow the above advice, I can bet you are going to see results in 10–14 days. Most people see results even faster than that. So there’s no reason why you should not. Like My brother who lost 11 pounds of fat in 28 days (plus 4.2 inches).
