Workout Of the Day
From today onwards, I am going to provide you with workout of the day. This section is going to published 5 days a week (or more depending on my mood).
Goals of this section :
I am going to remind you the goal of this blog Lean body, Rock hard abs, Back of steel, Strong Joints, Heart of a lion. Overall this is going to be complete fitness program.
I’ll wary the workout on daily basis. Sometimes its going to be bodyweight calisthenics, sometimes it’ll be weights day, sometimes it’d some random activity.
If you follow this blog and workout regularly with my guidelines, in just few short weeks, you’ll achieve great body and lots of functional power. You wont be like Gym buffs who are “toned” but can’t use that “Tone” to save their lives.
Taken For Granted : Here are few things I’ll take for granted.
1. You have talked to your doctor about your fitness level.
2. You do proper warm up and stretching before each workout.
3. You do cool down after each workout.
4. You perform each exercise to your best. (Of course, you don’t want to perform a athletes workout when you never lifted anything over 10 pounds in your life)
