Workout of the Day (WOD) for Sept 13: Bodyweight calisthenics
Today I am going to focus on bodyweight workouts. My belief is that If you are not a master of your own body, how in the world you’ll master others (your friends, family, group of influence etc).
Bodyweight workouts are good way to find out if you are master of your own body or not. Don’t forget calisthenics are good way to lose fat quickly.
Workout of the day : Race against Time
10 Push ups.
20 squats.
Break Time Exercise : Plank
Do these exercises 10 times for starters (If you never workout before, then try as your body permits). Whenever you have to stop or take a break its plank time. Hold Plank as long as humanly possible.
