How to Lose Your Gut Easily.

How many times have you seen a guy with rotund belly doing crunches after crunches trying to lose it all? I bet plenty of times. Whenever I go into any gym or health center. I find quite a few of these guys…

Like one of my Big friend says “Oh, I have a six pack, its just hidden”. I think most guys with big bellies believe that and they think with sit-ups and crunches you can somehow magically un-hide the hidden ;).

Ah I know I was not supposed to get into rant mode. This was supposed to be an article. But what can I do?

Its kind of crazy when people don’t want to learn a simple thing. There is no such thing as spot reduction. When you are doing crunches or sit-ups to lose your gut you are only trying to spot reduce.

Here’s my Last ditch effort in trying to change people…

1. Nutrition: Believe it or not big guy, Nutrition plays a Big role in your waist (no pun intended). Like they say, Six packs is not created in Gym, it’s created in Kitchen.

Anyways, if you can’t ditch your favorite fried or fast food, you aren’t going to get rid of your belly. PERIOD. Your nutrition is the key.

Ditch Your Fast food, Colas, Bakery, chocolate  etc etc.

Get into Fruits, Vegs and healthy foods.

2. Exercise :  If you think 40 minutes of cycling or 100s of situps is going to reduce your fat belly, Forget it. It isn’t going to happen. I have shared better method of losing weight fast in this blog.

Methods like HIIT or Tabata methods. They are super power cardio programs that you can use it to lower your body fat. read my Fat loss in 4 minutes Post about this.

You can try any of my workout of the day. Almost all of them will help you lose tons of fat in no time.

3. Patience: If you think crash diet or working out like a mad man or may be popping pills will help you then you are at wrong place. You need to have some patience.

Rome wasn’t built in a day… errr I mean All that fat that you have added to your body isn’t gathered in a day. It’ll take time to lose all that. So have some patience.

Set Weekly and monthly goals First.

Click few photos of yourself and notice the changes after training couple of week.

You’ll see tons of changes when you start making changes in your diet and workouts.

4. Lifestyle changes :  You are going to work so hard on your diet and exercise routine, then don’t screw it next time. If you don’t change your lifestyle, it’ll be hard for you to sustain a flat stomach for long.

Your bad habits will creep up and grow your gut again. So Start making some changes in your lifestyle.

Changes like

Working out regularly.

Taking conscious decisions to eat good food.

Spending more time with people who likes to be fit.

Spending less time with people who are negative.

Get rid of bad habits like smoking or excessive drinking.

I mean there are tons of things you can change in your lifestyle. So start building a new lifestyle with a solid foundation this time around.
