How to increase metabolism?

As you read this article, I want you to start noticing few things around you. I believe this will be going to help you in achieving your weight loss goals. In this blog, you’ll find many articles, diet examples or workouts which you can use to start creating your own programs depending on your goals.

One of the secret to lose weight is – master your metabolism. If you can do that you’ll find burning fat comes easily to you.

Remember 1 pound of muscle is always smaller and compact than 1 pound of fat. Plus 1 extra pound of muscle will burn more fat while you are resting. 1 pound of muscles burns around 400 calories per day. So your goal should be try to add muscles to your body.

If you are a women, you’ll find it’s hard for you to gain muscle mass than men. Which means you have to work a little harder than men. But don’t worry, if you stick to your plan, you’ll get your goals in no time.

Speeding up metabolism requires good diet, workout and daily activity levels (plus other stuff like stress levels, sugar).

What kind of workout you should try to improve metabolism?

Weight training and High intensity workouts. There comes nothing closer to these when it comes to losing excess fat. You’ll be surprised how effective high intensity workouts can be.

I recommend at least 2 days of high intensity workouts and at least 2 days of Free Weight training. Training with machines is not as effective as free weights. That’s why I recommended free weights.

As you get started with 4 days of workouts per week, at first you’ll feel like quitting. But Persist. High intensity exercises are hard but results are well worth it.

My brother lost 11 pounds in 28 days by just following a good nice high intensity workouts. I’ve personally lost over 45 pounds in 80–85 days. So when I ask you to persist, it’s for a reason.

I’ll talk about a good diet plan some other time as it’s out of the scope of this article.
